As students, faculty, and staff members wind down on the winter solstice and start to feel Jack Frost’s grasp on the holiday season, Visions Newspaper and other guests came together to celebrate the holidays as the last meeting of 2023.
On December 21, 2023, located in A149, Lorraine Hicks, Administrative Assistant for the English Department and Dixon Rexach Toro, Editor-In-Chief for Visions Newspaper, set up a last-minute get-together for all its crew members to relax, conversate, eat great food (courtesy of Paterson Cafe), and watch a film together.
Monica Jakubowski, Laura Rodriguez, Jadelyn Villa, Jizel Cruz, Leysha Robles, Pual Perdomo and more all came to enjoy the festivities along with Professor Christine Redman-Waldeyer and Jill Sluka who shared very insightful and deep experiences with one another.
The get-together lasted from 12:30 pm to 3:00 pm.
